MADELINE WEINRIB

   Painter and designer Madelin Weinrib lives and works    in New York City. The great granddaughter of ABC    Carpet & Home founder, she carries on the family    tradition with her contemporary textile designs. Several    years ago, sensing a gap in the carpet industry,    Madeline began to create innovative carpets that mirror    exciting new concepts in art and design.

   She has opened her own Altelier on the 6th floor of    ABC Carpet & Home. Her expanding design    vocabulary includes limited edition garden chairs,    pillows, carpetbags, clutches, sarongs and jackets, in    which she uses vintage and antique textiles in    unexpected ways. Amagansett and her signature label    are also available along with a personal selection of    mid century carpets which she has found on her travels.
